Order a package, you guys can't go off the address for some reason so the letter-carrier decides to go fire to door to door ask for my name....which is hilarious because I just moved here. Next two come in fine after an angry phone call. My last package though, was not delivered. I paid for 2 day shipping, 11 days later, still no package. Ive rescheduled twice, still no package. What if it was a birthday present, or medications? When I tracked the package, it showed deliver attempted, but there was not a notice on my door. I left instructions when I first rescheduled to leave it at my door, but for some reason you guys can't do your jobs. So, if you can deliver my package, which I paid you to deliver, and then paid extra for you to deliver it promptly, and the package has value equal to $50, why should the town of Greenbrier continue to employ any of you? So far, you guys are terrible, and your collective rating shows you are extremely neglecting your duties.

We moved here a year ago & we have had great service from this post office. Our mail is delivered like clockwork daily and our packages make it to our door with a ring of the doorbell & a friendly wave from the carrier. The service inside building (which is old & could use a little TLC) has been nice & helpful as well. Much better than the service we received from our old area. I too had an issue with an AT&T phone not being 'delivered' & thought maybe it was here and was being emailed & called & eventually billed for the phone (which i spoke with AT&T each time) I checked into it (saved every tracking number given to me & found the issue was not with Greenbrier post office it was on AT&T's end, they had the package delivered on time and failed to credit me accordingly but that's a whole new review on AT&T.

They will not deliver packages when you live out in the country they leave it at the post office and then tell you they missed you when you were home the whole day this is happened multiple times too many to count

Packages are consistently late or delivered to the wrong address. My last package said it could not be delivered because the mail box was full. It was a sink how is that going to fit in a mailbox. I get someone else's mail almost daily because the house numbers are the same different road about a mile away.

Giving 1 star is to much.. I have done everything to get them to take my mail but they simply just put new mail on my out going mail.. Im tired of it..
